Dude was fine. He ended up running again on the bike.

f4 took a good hit but didn't do any damage other than a side fairing.

Re: Rider looped at KCIR

Man I want to go to KCIR real bad but I am always afraid that I will be the one to loop my bike haha. I really suck at the high rpm shifting from first to second and also suck at launching. Good video chad. You alex and I need to ride sometime soon. I like to ride chill and no one else I ride with does lol.

You should come out with us. I have an extra leather jacket if you want to borrow it. Alex and I can walk you through the launch (most importantly the stuff not to do). As long as you take it slow and don't try to be a professional drag racer your first few runs you'll be fine.

Alex took the teg out this weekend. Spark was cutting out with the e-cutout open, but he figures its going to be about as quick as my bike in its present form. Anytime you want to ride hit us up. I like those chill rides (with a few fast spots in relatively sane locations)

The problem I always had on that track was uneven placement of greasy bits of rubber. It felt like an inch deep on a frying pan that had never been washed. My tires would hook, slip, hook, slip, hook, slip. My front wheel would be bouncing like a yoyo all the way to the end. There was no "be smooth on the throttle." It was altitude damage control as my bikes always wanted to reach the moon.

yea, the days of uneven track and crap all over it are long gone. I never have had traction issues on the bike. You should come out. I'm sure if you can handle the snow, you can handle that track just fine.

I had more traction this morning on my way to McBreakfast than at KCIR!

Re: Rider looped at KCIR

First, I felt really bad for this guy. I was talking to him and his brother, the were really nice guys.

Adil, I'm definitely down for a sane cruise with a few spirited moments. I can't believe how stupid so many people ride in this town. I guess I got that all out of me when in my was 16 years old.

How long ago did you go there? It's been pretty good since they repaved it ~6 years ago.
